# Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Offlair. Please read them before you use the app.

## Using the app
You can use Offlair only for lawful creative work.
You must follow applicable law and respect other people's rights.
You must be legally able to accept these terms. A parent or guardian must approve a minor's use.

## Your account
You must provide accurate account information. You must protect access to your verified account.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
You can delete the account from the app. Separate exported images remain outside app storage.

## Your content
You keep your rights to the prompts and source images that you provide.
You grant us permission to process your content only for requested features and related service operations.
You are responsible for your content, generated-image use, and required permissions.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, harmful, or similar to other outputs. Review each output before use or publication.

## Purchases, cancellations, and refunds
Google Play processes purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and payment disputes under its applicable rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before renewal. Cancellation applies after the current paid period.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through [Google Play subscriptions](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except when applicable law or Google Play rules require a refund.
Used, spent, or expired credits have no cash value. We can revoke credits linked to a refunded or disputed purchase.
Contact [hello@offlair.app](mailto:hello@offlair.app) for a genuine billing problem. Include your order number and problem details.
We will review each eligible request. Approval remains at our reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.

## Models and open software
The app can use third-party models and open-source software. Separate license terms can apply.
Review the applicable model license before commercial use or redistribution.
The bundled SDXS model uses the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M License. You must follow its use restrictions.
You must not use the model for unlawful acts, harm to minors, harmful false information, harmful personal information, defamation, or harassment.
You must not use the model for adverse automated legal decisions, discriminatory harm, exploitation of vulnerable groups, or medical advice.
You must not use the model for predictive profiling in justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum processes.

## App availability
We can improve, suspend, update, or change the app. We can change features, models, prices, and credit requirements.
Device settings and model packs can affect behavior. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Keep enough device storage available. Protect your exports, source files, and backups.

## Responsible creation
Do not create or share illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or privacy-infringing content.
Do not create sexual content involving minors. Do not promote violence, self-harm, trafficking, or other serious harm.
Do not impersonate people or create deceptive media without proper authority and clear disclosure.
Do not violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.
Do not bypass safety controls, access restrictions, purchase systems, rate limits, or security measures.
Do not introduce malware, disrupt services, scrape protected systems, or misuse another person's account.

## Enforcement and final decisions
We can investigate suspected misuse. We can restrict content, credits, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary.
We can suspend or end access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, safety risks, or legal requirements.
Our reasonable decision is final for internal enforcement and discretionary requests. Applicable law and platform appeal rights still apply.
You must compensate us for third-party claims caused by your unlawful content or material breach, where law permits.
Nothing in these terms prevents a lawful complaint, appeal, consumer claim, or report to a regulator.

## Disclaimers and liability
The app and outputs come “as is” and “as available,” to the extent applicable law permits.
We do not guarantee output accuracy, uniqueness, quality, legality, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
You must review outputs before relying on them. Do not use outputs as professional, legal, medical, or safety advice.
To the extent law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
Our total liability will not exceed your payments to us during the preceding 12 months, where law permits.
These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

## Changes, disputes, and contact
We can update these terms when the product or law changes. We will publish the updated date here.
Contact [hello@offlair.app](mailto:hello@offlair.app) before starting a dispute. Explain the issue and requested solution.
We will review genuine cases in good faith. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective.
