# Privacy Policy
Offlair supports local and cloud creative work. This policy explains when data stays on your device and when services process it.

## The short version
Your prompts and generated images stay on your phone during local generation. Cloud generation sends the prompt and selected source image to our services and generation providers.
The app has no analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK. Sharing outside local or requested cloud processing requires your direct action.

## Account data
The current app requires a verified account. Firebase Authentication processes email addresses, Google sign-in data, verification state, account identifiers, and session tokens.
RevenueCat processes account identifiers, purchase records, subscription status, and entitlements. Google Play processes payments and subscription cancellation.

## Launch waitlist
When you join the launch waitlist, Resend stores your email address and delivers the launch message.
You can unsubscribe through the email. We use the address only for launch communication unless you provide separate consent.

## Website analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics and PostHog when their analytics configuration is active. The native app does not include these tools.
Google Analytics measures landing page visits and launch-list CTA clicks. PostHog can send page routes, referrers, and named interaction events.
We disabled automatic PostHog interaction capture. We do not intentionally send prompts, images, passwords, or payment details to analytics tools.

## Local storage
The app stores prompts, inputs, outputs, thumbnails, model files, preferences, and optional diagnostics locally.
The app uses app-owned and system-managed scoped storage. Device backup is disabled for app data.

## Network use
The app uses the network for account operations, purchases, cloud generation, and selected model downloads. Local inference does not upload prompts or source images.
Cloud generation can process prompts, selected source images, generated images, account identifiers, and job records. MongoDB stores service records, and Cloudinary stores cloud media.
Trigger.dev coordinates cloud jobs. fal.ai and WaveSpeedAI process generation requests. These services process data only for the requested cloud feature and related service operations.
We retain cloud records and media while needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Retention can vary by record and service provider.

## Permissions
The app uses camera input only when you choose that feature. The system photo picker and Files provide selected content access.
The app does not request broad storage management access.

## Your choices
You can delete creations, model data, and your verified account. Read the [account deletion steps](/account-deletion).
In-app account deletion removes associated cloud generation records and cloud media. We anonymize transaction records that we retain for security, accounting, or legal duties.
Exported images remain in the shared device media library until you remove them there. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Cancel or manage an active subscription through [Google Play subscriptions](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) before account deletion.
