# AI Image Generation Troubleshooting Guide
Fix model download, memory, storage, heat, slow generation, prompt, and output problems with a safe diagnosis sequence.

## Which stage failed?
Separate installation, model download, model loading, inference, saving, and sharing before you change settings.

- Download errors usually involve network, storage, permissions, or file integrity.
- Load errors can involve memory, damaged files, runtime support, or model compatibility.
- Inference errors can involve memory, heat, unsupported settings, or runtime faults.
- Save errors can involve storage, permissions, filenames, or destination access.

## What should you do when a model download fails?

- 01 ### Check the connection Use a stable network and disable restrictive network settings temporarily.
- 02 ### Check storage Keep space for the download, extracted files, verification, and temporary data.
- 03 ### Resume safely Use the app retry or resume control. Do not edit partial model files.
- 04 ### Verify Let the app complete its integrity check before generation.

## What should you do after a memory error?
Close other large applications, select a smaller supported model, and reduce resource-heavy settings.
Restart the app before the next controlled test. A repeated failure at the same stage is useful evidence.
Do not assume that free storage fixes an out-of-memory error. Storage and working memory are different resources.

## Why did generation become slow?
Heat, battery controls, other applications, larger settings, or a different model can reduce performance.

- Let the device cool and repeat the same prompt once.
- Check whether power saving is active.
- Compare the selected model and dimensions with the last successful run.
- Avoid changing many settings before you identify the cause.

## How do you fix poor prompt results?
Simplify the prompt, remove conflicts, test one composition, and change one setting at a time.
